Bruce Carlin, CPA

The late Mr. Carlin was the managing partner of Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP and chairman of the firm’s Management Committee, the managing body of the firm. In addition to managing a client base comprised of manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, Mr. Carlin also oversaw all administration, management, personnel, and practice development functions of the firm. He received his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, in accounting and his M.S.T. from Bentley College.

Mr. Carlin had over thirty years of public accounting experience, including working with privately-owned businesses, accounting and tax services, estate planning, income tax planning, strategic growth and financing, projections, forecasting, and profit improvement issues. He also consulted with numerous clients in developing business ownership succession plans.

Mr. Carlin was the Vice Chairman of the Leading Edge Alliance as well as the Chair of its Financial Services Committee. He served as a trustee on various foundations and as a board member for several charitable organizations.
