Conference Policies

Hotel Reservations: Hotel accommodations are the responsibility of conference guests. To reserve your room at Bellagio Las Vegas, call 888.987.6667 and mention that you’re part of The Winning is Everything Conference. A discounted rate of $189* per night is available for the nights of January 16, 17 and 18, 2012. You must register prior to December 25, 2012 in order to receive these rates. (*A $20 resort fee will be added to that rate by the hotel.)

Refunds: Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation requests are received prior to 12/1/12. Refunds, less an administration fee of $100, will be issued on written requests received before 1/1/13. Due to financial obligations incurred, no refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after 1/1/13. Program “no shows” forfeit their entire registration fee.

Substitutions: You may substitute another individual for your registration. All substitutions must be communicated to conference administration prior to 1/15/13.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect personally identifiable information when you register for our events, and will only use it to distribute information on Advisory Board-related events and programs.

Special Needs: The Advisory Board and its partners do everything possible to make our events accessible and enjoyable. If you have special physical or dietary needs, please indicate during registration or contact us.
