Tom Barry has over 20 years of public accounting experience. Tom’s passion is successfully leading teams that can help clients #BeMore – in audit and accounting, tax and general business consulting services. He has expertise in serving clients in a variety of industries including waste management, environmental services, manufacturing and distribution. He is regularly involved in transaction advisory services for clients looking to buy or sell businesses.
Tom will lead Green Hasson Janks as Managing Partner starting January 2018, and is currently the leader of the firm’s Waste Management Advisory Practice. He provides a wide range of services to clients in this sector including merger and acquisitions, forecasting, and financial statement audits and reviews. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. Additionally, Tom serves on the Loyola Marymount University Accounting Advisory Board.
He is a graduate of Villanova University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He has received a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
His personal interests include sports, fishing and travel, plus an array of sports coaching roles thanks to his four kids. Tom and his family currently reside in Westchester, CA.
