Rike Harrison, chief sales officer (CSO) with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, has been with the firm since 2016. As CSO, Rike has leadership responsibility and accountability for Baker Tilly’s sales organization, leading sales organization design including business development and sales roles, sales channel, and resources delivery. Rike manages day-to-day operations of the sales function, helps create processes to drive lead generation, and strengthens our firm’s sales effectiveness capabilities.
