Wade Clark


With 24 years business experience, 20 directed towards the growth of CPA firms, Wade Clark is one of the nation’s leading specialists on the strategic growth issues faced by professional services (particularly CPA) firms. Wade held marketing, sales and executive leadership roles with 5 of the nation’s top 35 firms, including: Ernst & Young, BDO, KPMG, BKD, and Carr, Riggs & Ingram.
Wade is unique in the industry due to his significant experience with the design and development of organizational growth infrastructures for major professional services firms. He was the architect and developer of the sales and marketing team for BKD following Baird, Kurtz & Dobson’s merger with Olive in 2001. Over his tenure with BKD, his team went from 23 marketing generalists, to around 60 specialized marketing and sales team members. They assisted the partners to grow BKD from $190 million in 2001, to nearly $400 million at the time of his departure in 2009. Following BKD, Wade served Carr, Riggs & Ingram as their Chief Growth Officer. Upon his arrival, Wade developed a marketing and sales team that has successfully generated millions of dollars in organic growth to the firm. Wade left CRI in 2012 to start New Vision Advisors.
