Friday, January 20, 2012 - 12:30 pm – Winning is Everything Conference Adjourns
Location: The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas (located on the strip between Bellagio and City Center)
Organizers: The Advisory Board (Gary Boomer, Allan Koltin, Rebecca Ryan, & Gary Shamis)
Content: Practice management topics geared at forward-thinking firms including: managing and leading change, growth, inspiring innovation, human capital management, mergers & acquisitions, technology, the state of the profession, successful firm best practices, what’s next on the horizon and more!
Speakers and Topics: TaylorMade-adidas CEO Mark King has turned his organization around from last place to first place, and he created growth in a dying market. He’ll share his thoughts and strategies with us (here’s a hint: it has a lot to do with how you interact and motivate your people). Former NFL quarterback Tom Flick went from inspiring players on the field to working with corporate teammates. He’ll kick off the conference with ideas on precisely how to lead change in your organization. In between, we have a great lineup of Advisory Board speakers, a “heavy hitter” panel of firm CEOs and a group of “who’s who in accounting” discussing the state of the profession.
Attendees: Managing/Senior Partners, CEOs, COOs, Firm Administrators and other Leaders within Accounting Firms
